Exchange and Refund Policy

  1. Full refund will be provided to the customers, If they are unsatisfied with their orders, due to any reason, within 45 days.
  2. If there is any sizing mistake on the brand’s end, customers will be provided with the facility to exchange their goods, free of delivery charges.
  3. If customers have themselves chosen the wrong sizes, then they will have to bear delivery charges for the exchange of goods.
  4. In case of Exchange Request, customer will have to post the parcel back at our Return Address (22-Q Main Gulberg II, Lahore, 54000, Punjab, Pakistan). New parcel will be dispatched to the customer as we received the old parcel.
  5. In case of any damaged goods, customers will be fully refunded.
